Job description

P2P Global Process Owner

  • 18 month Contract (Outside IR35)
  • Travelling into London 3 days a week

Investigo are currently seeking a talented P2P Process owner who can take ownership of our client's P2P processes and assist with improving their current P2P processes.

This role will be working on a hybrid basis, and will require travel into London three days a week to meet with the team and relevant stakeholders within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the process owner for P2P, ensuring effective controls are established and monitored.
  • Assist our client with the implementation of their new ERP system
  • Manage all aspects of the P2P function, including the purchase order (PO) process, weekly accounts payable (AP) runs review, and creation of KPIs for management. Deliver comprehensive reviews and enhancements to the end-to-end P2P process.
  • Communicate effectively with process contributors (AP, procurement, etc.) and various departments involved in broader integration efforts.
  • Collaborate with business owners to identify capacity areas and suggest and implement process improvements to enhance capacity.
  • Lead the process transformation program for P2P throughout 2024.
  • Drive the client's system implementation plan for the P2P process in the new ERP, including readiness assessment, enhancements, and gap analysis.

Experience:

  • Worked as a Global Process Owner or Process Lead in a previous role
  • Solid understanding of Procure to Pay processes
  • Great communication and engagement skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Come from a Big 4 background
