Order to Cash Finance Process Lead

• 6 months initially - £550 to £650 Outside IR35
• Hybrid - irregular travel into either Central London or Midlands

Investigo are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated O2C Finance Process Lead to support our client with improving their O2C processes. You would be focusing on improving the efficiency of their Order to Cash (O2C) processes.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of O2C workflows, coupled with extensive experience in ERP systems implementation and optimisation.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current O2C processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, facilitating clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions to produce insights and validate proposed solutions.
• Recommendations based on business needs and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios to validate system functionality, data integrity, and performance.
• Serve as a SME on O2C processes offering guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.

Previous Experience:

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst
• Previous experience working in roles focussing on O2C processes
• Strong understanding of O2C workflows, including order management, invoicing, billing, collections, and cash application.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a focus on delivering results.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is desirable.
