Management Accountant - Finance Business Partner

Birmingham based client is looking to appoint interim finance professionals to assist for a period of exciting change within the business. There are opportunities for strong, professionally qualified finance candidates who are used to working in interim Management Accounts / Finance Business Partnering roles.

Key duties:

• Full management of month end processes, with emphasis on timely delivery of accurate, insightful information.
• Utilise your process improvement skills to identify and implement ways to drive efficiencies and streamline processes.
• Contribute as a member of the business unit management teams, responsible for day-to-day operational performance of the business and relaying financial performance & risk.
• Leading the forecasting and planning for the commercial unit and working with the business on Strategic plans and business cases.
• Stakeholder engagement to senior manager level to successfully business partner with meaningful data & insights
• Be an effective business partner, while constantly seeking out opportunities to improve performance and management information
• Collaborate with the central finance team to deliver best in class reporting, forecasting leading to insightful analysis and transformational change

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to learn a business quickly & forge meaningful relationships to effectively business partner key stakeholders to enable sound commercial decision making. You will ideally have advanced excel skills as well as having had exposure to BI and Performance Management tools. Netsuite experience would be highly beneficial. Roles are hybrid so ideally 2-3 days on site in Birmingham with rest remote.
