MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Luxury Health Industry
Up to £55,000 + great benefits
Hybrid working Available typically 3/2 split
Central London
Reports to Group Finance Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the ownership and completion of monthly management accounts, demonstrating high quality analysis, commentary and reporting.
- Partnering with GMs to review P&L performance
- Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring that any differences/issues are identified, reported, and resolved. Including but not limited to:
- Weekly Bank Reconciliation for Group bank accounts
- Posting Accruals & Prepayments
- Posting Accrued & Deferred income
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register and posting Depreciation
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Ensuring the integrity of the financial records, defining control processes and procedures necessary to ensure the consistency, accuracy and reliability of financial data and results.
- Assist with completion of audit and tax
- Ad hoc analysis as requested
- Attend all meetings requested and keep up to date with events, promotions and any changes taking place.
- Carry out all responsibilities in accordance with our values, operating procedures and ways of working.
- Proactively continue your own on-going education and share your knowledge with other team members where appropriate.
- Proactively make suggestions on ways to improve current processes or procedures.
- Co-operate with team members and share knowledge where appropriate to the benefit of all.
- Assist with other ad hoc requests as and when required by the Group Finance Manager.
Experience required
- Some experience in completion of P&L's
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA/QBE
