Investigo is partnered with an industry-leading organisation who are continuously improving and innovating their digital presence operating with best-in-practice technology.

They are looking for a Lead Test Analyst to join and help lead their testing capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to every stage of the software development life cycle. Leading a small team and helping them take full ownership of testing processes from development through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). To be considered for this QA Engineer role, you need:

• 5+ years as a Test Analyst and at least 2 years in senior position with exposure to mentoring a small team of up to 3 testers
• Strong manual testing experience, covering system, integration, and regression testing
• Qualified to ISTQB Foundation or Practitioner level
• Experience communicating goals to the team and working closely with the Test Manager
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with SAP and Payroll Testing
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a permanent position with a salary up to £50,000 and benefits on offer.
