CONTRACT / MOSTLY REMOTE / £400-500 p/day (outside IR35) / European Travel

A Global construction and infrastructure business has a requirement for a Change Analyst to join their fast growing change function. This is an exciting role for a Change Analyst to work closely with senior change leaders in a fast paced and unstructured environment with the opportunity to develop and grow into a more senior change role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Discovering stakeholders' challenges and expectations

  • Defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational change programs

  • Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications

  • Working with the Change Lead to support development their change capability and becoming more agile businesses

  • Conducting Change Management Impact Analysis and developing treatment plans

  • Helping design and implement business processes

  • Supporting any other Change adoption activities such as Change baselining & measurement, Digital training, Communications, Change network, etc.

  • German speaking skills massively advantageous

  • Salesforce / Cloud IFS experience desirable
