IT Support Analyst - Entry Level/Junior Position - Derby

The role will be on-site near Derby, your own transport is required for this role (limited public transport on offer).

As part of the service desk team, you will play a key part in providing an excellent level of customer service to internal users who need assistance with their IT Hardware & Software. Working with the wider team, you will be responsible for providing initial technical support for any IT related issues.

• Ideally you will have a real passion to work in IT, particularly supporting end users - since there is excellent opportunities for career progression in the business.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role - since you will respond to users via email and phone.

• Training will be on offer in the role, however any previous training, experience or knowledge of IT would be highly desirable.

• Experience working in customer service would also be very useful for this role.

Salary

The salary/package for this position is flexible up to £25,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits & training on offer!
