International Finance Manager - Qualified

Currently hiring for a Finance Manager - Qualified Accountant for a globally recognised retail brand! This is an opportunity to work for a fast growing and scaling up PE backed business. Seeking someone who is ambitious, driven with a commercial acumen.
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + bonus and benefits
Location: x3 days West London (Shepherds Bush) x2 working from home

Job Description:

• Hybrid role, with a mixture of financial accounting and commercial business partnering with the international departments.
• Working alongside the Head of Finance on international projects include Japan, Canada, Korea, Austria, and Spain, as well as developing and expanding current markets.
• Responsible for overseeing the financial accounting processes for commercial subsidiaries
• Regional and Divisional P&L reporting, including development, tracking, and reporting on KPIs to support commercial teams with a key focus on improving margins and identifying opportunity and risk.
• Reviewing existing processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinating monthly commentary on financial performance identifying areas of risk or concern.
• Budgeting and forecasting across the P&L

Skills and Personable Attributes:

• Qualifed Accountant (ACA, ACCA OR CIMA)
• 1-2 years PQE in industry (ideally retail or FMCG but this is desirable)
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Some international accounting experience
