Interim Finance Consultant

Day Rate - Negotiable

2 days a week in Luton

Investigo are delighted to be supporting this high growth PE backed organisation with the recruitment of an interim Finance Consultant.

Due to a recent acquisition and a change of ownership we are seeking a qualified accountant who has experience working in a private equity backed business & is comfortable with acquisition & PPA accounting.

You will be working closely with PWC too handle the acquisition whilst supporting the CFO and Group FC with ad hoc work.

You will also be responsible for preparing consolidated financial accounts from multiple currency subsidiaries.

The role will be a 6 month contract.
