HR Project Support Specialists

£250-350 a day (Inside IR35)

Hybrid - 1 - 2 day a week onsite from Birmingham

• Are you resilient? Able to adapt to changing priorities, working across various workstreams in a fast pace, change environment?
• Looking for a role that allows you variety and the ability to stretch your HR Project experience?

If so, this could be a great opportunity to join a dynamic group of HR interims, leading on a huge, organisation wide change programme with the Public Sector.

We're looking for several strong HR generalist with significant project experience to join the HR Programme Team. These roles will be varied in their content, supporting across everything from;

• Learning and Development, Training, Preparation and Facilitation of Complex Workshops
• Job Evaluations, Designing Job Descriptions - Previous experience of HAY, Public Sector, Local Government Pay Schemes preferential.
• Building and managing relationships with Senior Stakeholders, internally and externally, be that with Leadership, Management or Trade Union Representatives.
