Job description
My client is a leading player in the FMCG sector. As the business continues to go through exciting change and growth, they recognise the importance of their people in driving continual success. To support the ambitious goals, we are looking for a credible HR Business Partner to join the commercial HR team and play a pivotal role in partnering with all Commercial Business Units.
Working on a hybrid bases (2 days per week in the office)
£60,000-70,000 + Car allowance + Bonus
Private medical, Life assurance & 25 days annual leave
Position Overview: As the HR Business Partner for Commercial Business Units, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise and support to drive employee engagement, talent development, and organisational effectiveness. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. Working collaboratively with Centres of Excellence and HR Operations Director.
Remit:
- Strategic Partnership: Influence senior stakeholders to understand their business goals and develop HR strategies that support organisational objectives.
- Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning initiatives to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Change Management: Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and work closely with legal counsel as needed.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes to enhance individual and team performance.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Compensation and Reward: implementation of reward policies and internal communications around employee T's & C's
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the FMCG or Consumer brands.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with extensive Stakeholder management background
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organisation.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
