Head of Finance - PE backed

This is an exciting opportunity to be the Head of Finance in a growing PE backed business. This company is fast paced, dynamic and requires someone with strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial experience who can work with the senior leadership team and investors in growing the business.

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum + bonus + equity

Location: Old Street, City of London. Hybrid working

Job Description:

• Providing strategic financial information including forecasts, budgets and
  financial growth plans to the CEO, CFO, Senior Leadership Team and Investors
• Ensure all entities comply with relevant legislation and prepare statutory accounts
• Working closely with the Board on strategic and commercial decisions
• Developing long term cash flow strategies to maximise returns to the organisation.
• Managing, leading and developing a small but ambitious finance team
• Improve, develop and implement processes

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent)
• MUST have worked within PE / VC backed companies before (open to sector)
• Strong technical accounting and commercial accounting experience
• Ability to work in growing and changing company
• Strong management experience, someone who inspires and develops teams
• Hard working, driven with an exceptional eye for detail
