Job description
Inx are seeking a results-driven Head of Change to lead our financial services client through transformative initiatives and strategic change processes.
The Role
As the Group Head of Change, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational agility, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring seamless implementation of key projects and initiatives. This position requires a strong, creative leader with a proven track record in orchestrating change, fostering innovation, and ensuring successful adaptation and integration with evolving product, market and regulatory dynamics at an international organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, drive process efficiency, and implement best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging creative thinking and collaboration across the organisation.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, tracking key performance metrics and adjusting as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and transparency throughout the change process.
Requirements:
- Proven success in leading change management initiatives within the financial services or another highly regulated industry.
- Prior experience with building out a change function do deliver programs and projects.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Proven experience with creating a program initiation framework, resource models and ways of working.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive organisational change.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with product development as well as a good strategic mindset for the initiation of programs and the delivery of large-scale change would be incredibly beneficial for this role.
