Job description
I am currently engaged with a growing business in London who are going through a period of transformation who require an FP&A Transformation Analyst. This role is based in London for 1-2 days per week and is paying £450-£500pd on an Outside IR35 basis for an initial period of 6 months.
The FP&A Transformation Analyst will be working directly with 3rd party consultants and internal stakeholders to develop financial plans and the tracking of benefits for our clients 3 year strategy and transformation. I am keen to speak with candidates who can independently interact with strategy teams to lead and advise on all financial aspects to the strategy development and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and challenge business case put forward by consultants and internals SMEs.
- Model financial impact to short term and long term plans (including cost to implement and post implementation financials)
- Collaborate with Change PMO and Change FBP to incorporate Strategy change spend into overall Change budget and prioritisation.
- Partner with FP&A and FC to assess and implement changes to planning and reporting processes and systems, including Plan overlay, financial reporting hierarchy, cost allocation methodology.
- Program financial management including 3rd party expense and project resource planning and cost tracking.
- Set up benefit tracking mechanisms and governance processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant - CIMA / ACCA or ACA.
- Transformation FBP experience in growth /TOM/cost rationalisation including building 5 year financial plan and benefits tracking.
- FP&A experience and the understanding of FP&A systems and processes.
- Experience working with PMO and TMO to deliver transformation program financial impact.
- Business case development.
- Be available at short notice.
