FP&A Manager

My client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior FP&A professional to the already best in class team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with functional heads and provide financial support to help with decision-making process. Participate fully in Senior leadership meetings and present financial data, highlighting key trends and issues.
• Provide direction to the Finance Business Partner to ensure that financial models are accurate and appropriately maintained.
• Manage the monthly reporting, annual budget and Long-Term Planning processes ensuring that key deliverables are met
• Ensure business partners fully understand their financial commitments and how they are tracking against them. Provide guidance on managing the risks and opportunities and agree strategies and reporting mechanisms to help maximise financial performance.
• Review the monthly results against forecast and budget. Provide key variance information to Finance and Operational SLTs and explain implications of variances on the forecast.
• Work effectively with the broader finance function to develop and deliver holistic and informative information on the performance of the product portfolio

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant
• 3-5 years of experience in a strong FP&A function
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
