Financial Controller

Investigo are recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a fast paced division of a larger group. Our client is looking for a hands on, all around finance professional to help steer the business and help grow the division further.

This role will be based 4 days in the office located in Central Surrey.

Responsibitilies:

• Work with the MD and SLT to develop strategic financial plans to underpin business performance and deliver on controls required to run an efficient business.
• Provide the SLT team with support on the financial implications of business activities and support with financial data, management information, analysis and reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate production of monthly and annual reporting alongside analysis of budgets.
• Work closely with finance partners at the SSC and Finance Director Ireland.
• Lead and oversee preparation of annual budget process.
• Monitor cash-flows, accounts and other financial transactions.
• Develop and oversee the risk management process.
• Compliance and internal control activities as needed with reporting on non-financial information to support business thinking.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with experience of controllership roles within an SME environment. The ability to partner with the senior leadership team will also be essential for the role.
