Investigo are working with an impressive infrastructure investment manager in a search for a Financial Controller across key projects.

This role reports into the CFO and has an excellent balance of forecasting, business partnering and reporting across large budget projects in the UK.

This is an ideal role for an individual who is looking to combine business partnering and financial modelling to their reporting skillset

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial accounting packs across multiple projects
• Management reporting for review and presentations to senior stakeholders and Directors
• Work closely with lenders and ensure that financial models are submitted
• Responsible for CIS, VAT and CT across all projects
• Delivery of all financial services elements across relevant projects
• Business partner effectively across the financial accounting and financial modelling teams

Key Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with relevant working experience in a Real Asset environment (eg SPV and JVs)
• Strong Financial accounting experience with knowledge of preparing statutory accounting packs
• Working knowledge in supporting financial models is highly desirable, but not essential
• Proven ability to business partner with internal and external stakeholders effectively
