Job description

Finance Change Manager

  • £90,000 (2 year fixed term contract)
  • 2 days per week in London
  • Up to 20% bonus in both years

Our client is looking for three dynamic and experienced Change Managers to contribute significantly to their global finance transformation initiative powered by Oracle Cloud.

Each Change Manager will concentrate on one of the following areas: Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR), or Order to Cash (OTC).

These roles will involve guiding and managing the human aspects of change to ensure smooth integration and adoption of the new processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a change management strategy focused on engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify changes to roles, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Lead to inform stakeholders through tailored updates.
  • Address resistance to change with proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Align system changes with business needs alongside the technical team.
  • Support readiness assessments to evaluate stakeholder preparedness.
  • Communicate process interconnections and ensure they are included in training.
  • Develop personas and map stakeholder change journeys.
  • Track and report on change activities, addressing risks and dependencies.
  • Monitor adoption and manage post-implementation adjustments
