Job description

My client, based in the Slough area are currently recruiting for a dynamic Finance Business Partner in their outstanding FP&A team.

Hybrid working policy: 1 to 2 days in the office - 37.5 hours Monday- Friday - Car park on site

Primary Accountabilities:

Financial Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver precise forecasting and reporting for the Managed Service Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

Acquisition Consolidation: Aid in the consolidation and integration of acquisitions within the Managed Service function.

Performance Metrics Analysis: Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales order performance, customer attrition, recurring revenue, and operational metrics like payslips processed and overall delivery costs, with a focus on overheads related to headcount tracking.

Support for UK Payroll & HR Finance Director: Assist the Finance Director with various responsibilities, including reviewing monthly Annual Recurring Revenue performance in our software offerings, reporting key financial data to the group, and preparing monthly reports for operational stakeholders.

Special Projects: Participate in other ad hoc projects to support the broader UK Payroll & HR division as needed.

Who you'll be:

  • Part qualified, QBE or qualified accountant
  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, preferably within managed services
  • Strong analytical skills
