Finance Analyst - Incredible role!

Seeking a successful, commercially minded and driven FP&A Analyst to join a globally recognised brand in a dynamic, collaborative and growing team! This role offers lots of opportunity to progress within the business.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid working, x3 days in office Leicester Square / Piccadilly Circus (x2 from home)

Job Description:

• Perform monthly headcount and cost reconciliations (actual vs plan) and investigate variances and tracking differences
• Assist with the preparation of monthly executive cost packs, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial information
• Responsible for controlling the flow of work and providing accuracy via peer reviews and validations. Signing off all changes.
• You'll operate controls and improve the process, liaising with the Change Control team to ensure , changes are accurately input into the correct system run.
• Managing quarterly forecasts and annual planning cycles
• Business Partnering to assigned cost / business areas and working with stakeholders to understand
• Communicate issues clearly and in a timely manner. Proactively identify issues before they become problems
• Provide reporting, analysis and business case support to the team and to business partners in a form that accurately and clearly articulates the key points, leveraging strong excel modelling skills
