Finance Analyst

I am currently partnering with a Real Estate company looking to take on an entrepreneurial and hard-working Finance Analyst. This is a fantastic role with a huge scope for progression.

• Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 DOE
• Location: City of London
• Hybrid: 3 days in and 2 days at home

What can you expect?

• Supervising the timely and precise compilation of management accounts and fund consolidation, adhering to both local GAAP and US GAAP standards.
• Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, income statements, and cashflow statements.
• Orchestrating the management of business cashflow.
• Collaborating with external auditors, to prepare statutory accounts.
• Facilitating tax reporting (VAT, corporate) and collaborating with tax advisors.
• Managing budgetary processes and forecasting.
• Coordinating with external directors to oversee group entity administration.
• Introducing, assessing, and enhancing financial procedures and systems.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable operations, including bill payments.

What skills/experience will you bring?

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting
• ACCA/CIMA Part-qualified or finalist
• Native French, German, Dutch or Italian language (preferred)
• Microsoft office skills (Excel AND PowerPoint)
• Real estate background (strongly preferred)
