6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Full Time Hybrid - 1 days a week onsite from Canary Wharf, London

- Have you had experience leading consultations, project managing the process whilst working closely with Org Design specialist?
- Are you available immediately, or on short notice, to hit the ground running, working hybrid 1 day a week from Canary Wharf?

This is a great opportunity to work for an internationally recognised, membership organisation that support a key professional services sector at the heart of the capital. As they go through a period of change, this organisation, and the HR function, are looking for additional support to help guide them, and their people, through this transformation.
As a result, they have created a new Employee Relations Manager position, initially on a 6 month FTC, through until December 2024. This is a hybrid role, approx 1 day a week onsite from Canary Wharf.
The primary purpose of this role is to;
- work closely with the HR Director and Head of OD&D, leading on the consultation process for their new organisation design.
- create and manage the project plan for this change and related internal communications
- ensure managers and impacted staff are supported throughout this process, acting at the ER lead for any sensitive, complex casework relating to this change.
- update employee relations policies, procedures, template letters, and create guidance and process notes
- job evaluation and skills matching
