Permanent - Full Time
£40-43,000
Central London - Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite

We're working with a world renowned International Charity that provides lifesaving aid and medical support in times of international crisis. At the heart of this organisation is it's people and they are now on an exciting journey to evolve their People offering with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the forefront.
We're looking for an experienced EDI Officer to join this evolving HR function, working alongside the Head of Talent Development to inform and prioritise an Action Plan spanning the next 3 years, driving a range of initiatives across the organisation.
This varied role will have a lot of autonomy as the subject matter expert for EDI. As part of the new Talent Development Team, you will oversee;
- The development and delivery of a realistic, impactful, long-term EDI strategy.
- Provide advice and guidance to line management to embed an inclusive culture and increase engagement across a range of initiatives
- Lead of equality impact assessments and regulatory reporting requirements
- Improve the collection and utilisation of EDI Data across the organisation to inform policy development and process improvement
