Title: EDI Manager

Reporting to: Assistant Director, OD Culture & Inclusion

Location: Luton Campus (3 days on site, 2 days remote)

Salary : £47,000 - £56,000 + benefits

Investigo are proud to be partnering with the University of Bedfordshire on the recruitment of six new opportunities within their redesigned People and Culture function.

Context

As EDI Manageryou will drive projects which place inclusion and diversity at the heart of the university and its wider community, creating an environment in which everybody feels valued.

You will manage analytics and data for our EDI initiatives, using this - alongside your knowledge - to engage and influence stakeholders to drive real change. As well as delivering key projects around EDI you will also provide training, whether structured or ad hoc, and provide guidance to support students, staff and visitors.

Researching and developing strategic EDI strategy, you will engage with and create reports for senior stakeholders, advising on complex cases and ensuring evidence-based interventions wherever possible.

To succeed in this role you will have experience of leading EDI initiatives in complex environments and an understanding of EDI challenges within universities.

Your ability to drive projects to completion will allow you to create cultural change and your ability to influence senior stakeholders, convincing them of the benefits of these projects, will ensure that change is lasting.

You will be proficient in manipulating and analysing data, using this skill alongside your ability to present to bring about evidence-based awareness regarding diversity and inclusion.
