Job description

Role: Data Scientist
Location: Central London - Hybrid working split between home and office
Salary: £75,000 to £85,000 plus benefits

Investigo have partnered with a global business, the largest within their vertical in search of a Data Scientist to join the UK team.

To assist the analytics team with various duties listed out below, they must be based in the UK but will support all regions.

The role is based in Canary Wharf although there are other sites based on the outskirts of London that can be used when needed / required.
This responsibilities will include:

  • Design, develop and implement scripts to meet the Client requirements.
  • Design, develop and implement work flows to meet the Client requirements.
  • Integrate various data sources, databases and Client internal systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Prepare, clean, enrich, process and present data to ensure it is suitable for analysis.
  • Create and maintain predictive models, machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, understand work-flow requirements and implement solutions.
  • Create reports and monthly metrics.

The key skills and experience we are looking for are:

  • Highly proficient in using Python.
  • Highly proficient in using SQL.
  • Advantageous if you have experience with ServiceNow and JSON.
  • Knowledge or experience of Mongo DB or similar.
  • Proven experience working with a data analytics platform in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, data science and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with data preparation, cleansing and transformation.
  • Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
