Investigo are pleased to be supporting this global pharma business with the recruitment of an interim Contracts Co-Ordinator. Working in a small team of two you will be responsible for the drafting and processing of major contracts for customers. We are seeking an individual who has come from a compliance type background who is used to handling complex contracts and queries.

Key Duties

• Maintaining the Contracts Mailbox, categorising and responding to email queries and requests.
• Maintaining Share Point Customer Account folders, contracts, inventory lists and quotes.
• Progressing Contracts from draft to fully executed in a timely manner.
• Draft Work Order and Amendment contracts using company and client templates with service and product information.
• Quality checking Contracts before they are sent for internal or client review.
• Contracts Manager holiday cover as needed

The individual will initially be employed on an interim basis but it could lead to a permanent role. The individual can also be based anywhere in the UK.
