Compliance Controls Testing VP - IB - London, Hybrid

Our client a leading Investment Bank are looking for a Compliance Testing VP to join a growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a globally recognised financial institution with good exposure to front office business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance testing strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance measures are integrated seamlessly.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on compliance issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience in compliance testing or audit.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ACA/ACCA beneficial.
