Change & Release Analyst - Business IT Change Team
London
£50,000 plus package

Global Household name brand is seeking to grow their Business IT Change team and is seeking a career motivated Change professional to join the team, at an exciting period for the business.
Key accoutabilities -
- Managing Change Management and Release Management Processes in compliance with the organization's Change and Release Policies and Procedures
- Ensuring that all changes are compliant with the Change & Release documentation and other requirements to pass quality checks and audits prior to production deployment
- Chairing senior governance forums such as CAB to approve production changes, release schedules and major releases
- Coordinating CAB approvals across the ITSS application & infrastructure estate and Business Units
- Managing global emergency changes
- Maintaining and updating the Global Release Calendar across organization's Global IT, Applications & Infrastructure estate
- Resolving scheduling conflicts at all levels by working with stakeholders representing ITSS COEs, Business, Projects, and IT
- Building excellent working relationships with the Technology Services Teams (Back Office, Front Office, Infrastructure, Integrations, Data, Cloud & Hosting, Access Management), Business Units IT Teams and the wider business
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with standards and policies related to change & release management
- Delivering and managing the Global Release schedule
- Ensuring that all changes are subjected to the appropriate Change Management quality assessment
- Facilitating and managing Release Management meetings at a Global level across all applications in conjunction with the organization's Portfolio and Demand Management
- Facilitating PIR meetings where required and supporting any investigations if a change causes a significant issue in a production system
- Ensuring that all changes are compliant with process definitions and will pass audit and compliance assessments, including managing the evidence repository for all change and
- Communicating the forward change & release schedule to stakeholders
Skills and Experience required:
- 3+ years of IT Service/Application Change/Delivery experience in a large international organization dealing with global scale suppliers
- IT Change and release specialist with experience of successfully delivering in above-market international organizations
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate and highlight potential risks associated with change
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage different audiences at all levels
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
- Experience working with multiple major service providers across an integrated environment
- Ability to engage and build relationships with business stakeholders
- Understanding of IT General Controls and their application across the IT landscape and processes supporting the organization's compliance requirements
