C# Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated developer to work on the migration of backend services to Google Cloud.

This role involves re-platforming an application from .NET Framework on Windows to .NET 8 on Linux.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud migrations, .NET development, and a solid understanding of Linux environments. They will be comfortable working in a DevOps culture, getting involved in building delivery pipelines and understanding how the application services will be hosted.

You will work closely with a small team of like-minded developers and be involved in all aspects of delivery, with the main focus being on coding.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of delivering scalable, distributed, real-time, systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential

• Experience with C# .Net
• DevOps skills (Jenkins/Kubernetes/Docker)
• Database skills
• Automated testing

Desirable

• Linux
• Cloud platforms (ideally Google Cloud)
• Kafka
• Understanding of financial markets, trading processes and systems.
