Business Change Consultant - London Market Insurance

What will you be doing in this role?

• Working closely with business stakeholders in order to shape ideas and initiatives
• Establishing the business drivers in order to implement change initiatives
• Proactively coming up with ideas / solutions to simplify business processes
• Implementing change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of changes

What experience do you need?

• Strong business analysis experience
• Project Management knowledge - you don't need to be an experienced PM, but do need to be comfortable putting together a very basic project plan
• Proven insurance industry experience (ideally London Market) with a good understanding of insurance processes and procedures
• Experience of working with a broad range of insurance stakeholders across all levels
