Blue Yonder WMS Consultant (Discrete)

I have a client who is looking for some support on a Warehousing project and is in need of a Blue Yonder Discrete WMS Consultant - I need someone hands-on who is able to work autonomously as a functional specialist on the Blue Yonder Discrete solution, providing technical support, running queries and writing reports for a time sensitive WMS Project within the retail sector.

This role will likely require someone who can work from the Warehouse a few days per week to support with any escalations, issues with problem trolleys etc. so applicants must be able to work on site to do this. £450-£550/Day + VAT and Outside IR35 - Likely 3 - 6 months contract

Desired skills and experience:

• 3 - 5 years' of experience working with WMS Solutions
• Must have direct experience working with Blue Yonder Discrete WMS
• Should have experience in technical configuration of WMS product including Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing, PLSQL, SQL Server, and Performance Tuning.
• Hands-on experience on Technical configuration of WMS product (preferably JDA WMS Discrete ), Jasper reports, Nice labels, Pagebuilder and MOCA.
• Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS.
• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration and Middleware technologies and applications
• Ability to effectively and proactively work independently
• Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.
