Associate Director of Risk Assurance

Role: Associate Director of Risk and Assurance
Salary: Circa £95,000 + benefits

Location: Remote (some travel to monthly meetings)

A large UK charity with an excellent reputation and an ambitious strategy for further growth are seeking an Associate Director of Risk Assurance to join their collaborative Senior Leadership Team.

Managing a team of five, you will oversee all risk management activity within the organisation and develop capability in your colleagues' understanding and mitigation of this risk. Your work will enable the organisation to drive forward towards its goal and push the boundaries of their ambitions, while you will be joining a senior leadership group who work closely together in working towards their collective aims.

You will have post-qualified experience in a senior risk, assurance or regulatory role. An understanding of SORP would be beneficial but isn't essential, and you will be skilled at taking data-informed decisions which benefit the organisation and your team. You will also be able to drive performance and impact whilst continously improving the function.
