Accounts Receivable Supervisor

I am partnering with a leading real estate company who are looking to bring on an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. Great culture, salary and benefits included.

• Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office, 3 from home
• Competitive Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + bonus
• Location: City of London

Duties

• Oversee and manage the Cash Team, ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct monthly reviews of KPIs across all team processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for cash-related queries and escalations within the UK business.
• Handle all aspects of people management, including setting objectives, resourcing, appraisals, training, performance monitoring, and absence management.
• Maintain expertise in cash management processes, ensuring SLA's are met.
• Ensure all business deadlines are met, driving efficiencies and improvements where necessary.

What skills/attributes are required?

• 3/5 years in Accounts receivable.
• 2/3 years supervising.
• Property/Real Estate background desired (not essential).
• Experienced in high-volume, results-driven environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled at prioritising and coordinating tasks independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in IT, including advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas).
