Hybrid- Bedford
Salary- Up to £45,000 per annum.

A reputable organisation is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager who will be reporting into the Finance Manager Transactions and working with other key business leads to manage the Accounts Payable function- team of 7.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the Accounts Payable team of 7 who directly report into you
• Ensure you continuously deliver for current and future business requirements to maintain and build the brand
• Responsible for weekly payments runs and daily processes
• Liaising with suppliers both externally and internally
• Completing Accounts Payable cash flow forecasting including reviews with senior stakeholders
• Accountability of accurate, complete and timely finance reporting
• Support Accounts Payable system projects to ensure processes are embedded and successful
• Maintaining and developing a strong working relationship with the Banking and Treasury teams to support accurate and timely payments

Key Attributes:

• Experience of leading a diverse Accounts Payable team
• A high level of Excel is essential
• AAT qualified preferred
• Proven record of having a strong attention to detail in ensuring the accuracy of the financial accounts
