As an M365 SME, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our M365 infrastructure, You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our M365 environment is secure, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement M365 solutions.
• Manage and optimize Azure Active Directory (AAD) and related identity services.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to M365 services.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in M365 and related technologies.

Key Skills

• Proven experience as an M365 SME
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Strong understanding of M365 security features, including threat protection, data loss prevention (DLP), and information protection.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
