1st Line Deployment Engineer

Experienced 1st Line Deployment Engineers required for an EUC Project for an immediate start!

Overview:
My London based client are at the beginning of a large laptop rollout for between 3000-500 Devices.

They seek a 1st Line Deployment Engineer for an immediate start with the following experience:

The role of a first line deployment engineer involves several key responsibilities and tasks. These engineers are primarily responsible for the initial setup and deployment of hardware and software systems and running of deployment sessions. They ensure that all equipment is properly installed, configured, and tested by the time end-users leave a deployment session. Additionally, they provide first-level support to address any issues that arise during the deployment process and be responsible for the retrieval of old laptops/chargers from end users.
Some of the specific duties include:

• Leading Deployment sessions: Setting up rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place, and providing guidance to the team and end users.
• Hardware Installation: Setting up and installing new laptops, inventory, retrieval of old devices.
• Software Configuration: Installing and configuring software applications and operating systems.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Conducting tests to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• User Support: Providing support to end-users during the deployment process, including answering questions and resolving any problems.

Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of the deployment process, including any issues encountered and how they were resolved
