James Lawson

​James has been in the recruitment industry for 15 years spending much of this time helping organisations hire senior leadership and board level positions. James has built up an extensive network of Technology leaders across the UK and Europe. Alongside his work in Technology Search James works with our Definia business helping C-suite technology leaders define, design and deliver outcome-based programmes delivering statements of work mapped to outcomes.

James works with range of organisations from global blue-chip organisations to PE and VC backed organisations including a range of exciting start-up and scale-up businesses. Typical mandates include Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Digital Officer and IT Director.
