Freelance Medical Editor

Responsibilities

• Editing of manuscripts, slide kits and other deliverables.
• Informs editorial director and/or senior editors of significant editorial issues on assigned materials.
• Maintains ongoing dialogue with medical and program directors to ensure materials are edited according to client and/or HCG specifications.
• Monitors and adapts to changes in AMA style

Required Experience

• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Strong reputation for accuracy, detail, and timeliness.
• Experience responding to shortened deadlines quickly and efficiently.
