About the Role

As Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy whilst overseeing both financial and management accounting functions. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, private equity environment with clear progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Oversee the delivery of accurate management accounts and financial reporting
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial financial insight
• Support with audit preparation and liaison
• Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Either Top 10 practice trained or with substantial industry experience
• Proven experience managing and developing a finance team
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across both financial and management accounting
• Previous experience in audit preparation and liaison
• PE/investor backed business experience advantageous
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills
