We know people join us because of the ambition, opportunities and rewards – and they stay with us because of the culture. This is huge recognition for us that we are doing a lot right, but I think our success comes from the fact that we never become complacent and continue to listen to our people and their feedback. We know if the culture is right then we will continue to succeed, so our people and how they feel about working for Investigo, will always be a top priority for us as a business.”
The ‘Leadership and Culture at Work: the CMI/Glassdoor Top 20’ ranking was based on analysis of the reviews posted on the Glassdoor website by current and former employees of more than 700,000 companies. Rob Wall, Head of Policy at CMI, said: “The CMI/Glassdoor Top 20 showcases companies with the best management and working cultures in the UK. At a time when trust in business is at an all-time low, good management and leadership is more important than ever to build inclusive and inspiring cultures which enhance productivity and promote employee engagement and wellbeing.”
