​THE CLIENT

NHS North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups represent the 8 CCGs of North West London, working together to implement major transformation programmes designed to improve healthcare services for their two million residents.

THE CAMPAIGN

In December 2015, the Strategy & Transformation Directorate embarked on a recruitment campaign to fill twelve permanent roles in their Programme Management Office. With tight timescales, high expectations and a very specific recruitment process, the Collaboration felt they needed to partner with a specialist NHS change management recruitment company. Given their proven track record for managing similar campaigns across both the public and private sectors, the Collaboration chose to partner exclusively with Investigo.

THE APPROACH

Investigo met with the various hiring managers in the PMO to discuss their requirements and worked closely with the HR resourcing team to design a bespoke recruitment process that included verbal and numerical testing in addition to pre-screening questionnaires prior to a two-stage interview for all candidates.

THE RESULT

Throughout the entire process Investigo maintained regular contact with all of the various stakeholders and were thus able to present a highly focussed CV shortlist for each of the 12 roles. Moreover, they ensured 100% candidate attendance to all interviews and successfully filled each of the twelve roles on time and to budget. Finally, the campaign was concluded with a detail report showing metrics around candidate attraction techniques, applicant feedback on the ‘candidate journey’ and a ROI analysis.
