Investigo Training Academy

​The launch of Investigo’s first training Academy this week sees one component of the business’ mission realised; to become 300 strong by 2021. Currently employing 140 experienced consultants, with 30 support staff, the 170-person business model focuses on employing the very best people within the recruitment industry. Each consultant has on average four years’ experience and are classified as specialists within their chosen markets.

The Academy welcomed eight new employees into the business on Monday, into a structured programme that will see the attendees introduced into the world of recruitment via seminars, group activities and at desk training.

Nick Baxter, Executive Director, comments: “Our strategy at Investigo has always been to bring on experienced hires and that will continue to make up the core of our business, well above 75%. We are proud that our consultants have on average 4 years’ experience and are viewed by both their clients and candidates as experts within their markets. The Academy will enable us to identify the future talent within recruitment, where they will have the opportunity to learn from, and be developed by, the very top talent in the industry.”
