Bringing over 35 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Richard is renowned for his ability to drive growth, revitalize businesses in complex markets, and lead cultural transformations across diverse regions, including Asia.

Having successfully built our brand in the technology sector and grown our business change and strategy businesses, he’s now overseeing our growth as a company.
