Are you seeking a remote-based opportunity where you can leverage your language skills to make a global impact? Join our clients team as a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Consultant!
As a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting clients in the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of their Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, configure solutions to meet their needs, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to assess their time tracking and absence management needs and recommend tailored solutions within the Workday platform.
- Lead configuration efforts to implement and optimize Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for time tracking and absence-related issues, working closely with clients to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in maximizing the value of their Workday investment and enhancing user adoption.
- Stay informed of Workday updates and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, French, or Italian (preferably Spanish).
- Solid experience in implementing and configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.
- Strong understanding of time tracking and absence management processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Workday Time Tracking and Absence certification preferred.
Location: Remote (Candidates can be based anywhere in Europe)
