Prudential Risk Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Design and embed the Risk Management Framework;
• Design and embed the Risk Appetite Framework and capital allocation procedure;
• Implement the essential Prudential Risk elements; ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery and Resolution Plan Full ownership of liquidity and capital management from a Risk perspective
• Lead on stress testing framework development and implementation, scenario analysis
• Oversight of capital adequacy across credit, liquidity and market risk

Skills required:

• Experience within an Enterprise Risk Management role, preferably within Retail Bank, Consultancy or with Regulator
• Prior experience running the ICAAP/ILAAP process from a Risk perspective
• Excellent knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks and designing and embedding Risk Appetite Frameworks and Risk Limits
• Strong knowledge of capital adequacy Excellent knowledge of the relevant regulatory environment
• Passion for Risk Management and enthusiasm to help improve the Risk Culture in the business
