PMO Manager - Financial Services

My client is a growing financial services firm specialising in workplace pensions, currently hiring for a PMO Manager to lead their PMO practice on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the planning, design and delivery for all PMO activities within the change portfolio and lead the existing team of PMO analyst's. You will work closely with the Head of Change and senior stakeholders across the business on key projects/programmes.

Skills/experience:

• Programme level PMO experience within a regulated environment (ideally financial services).
• Previous experience working on business or IT change projects.
• Experience line managing a team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Project accounting experience.

Salary - Up to £73,000 plus bonus + benefits package

Location - West Sussex/Home Based (3-4 days a week from home)
