HR Project Manager

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Remote - London Based 1x a Month

£64,575

  • Are you an experienced HR Project Manager and HR Business Partner?
  • Do you understand Agile Project Management?
  • Have you led on Workday or other HRIS implementations within a large, complex environment?
  • Perhaps you've been the People Project Lead across a range of HR projects?

This UK arm of a world renown charity are going through an huge period of change, as they look to be more data-driven and customer-centric. This ambition starts with it's People, and as a result their HR / People Function are leading from the front as the starting point for wider transformational change.

We are looking for an agile, HR professional with a wealth of experience across varied HR / People Projects, to act as the right hand to the HR Director with implementation of several key projects over the next 12 months.

Working closely with the HR SLT & SMEs, you will be responsible for, and support projects across;

  • HRIS (HR Information System) Implementation
  • Payroll
  • Talent
  • Organisation Redesign

Given the number of projects spanning the full generalist HR spectrum, we're looking for;

  • HR Business Partner with Project Management experience across multiple strategic people workstreams and initiatives
  • Understanding of the Agile Project Management style and able to adapt and deliver across multiple project with this approach
  • Experience implementing Workday
  • Someone that thrives in a learning environment, responding with flexibility to change. Can work in the 'grey', managing ambiguity with a solutions-focused mindset and people centric approach
  • Great communication skills and the ability to establish credibility and rapport with key stakeholders internally and externally at all levels.

As part of the UK organisation, they are based out of London, coming together as a team once a month from their headquarters in Central London. Other than this, it is home based.
