Terry Dawson

Terry sits on the Operating Board for The IN Group as Senior Director of Growth, with strategic, financial and operational responsibility for our Private Equity and Corporate Transformation teams, Terry also works with our C-Suite client and candidate community across our TIG Brand family. His role as Senior Director of Growth is focused on driving sustainable revenue, profit and headcount growth across The IN Group’s Private Equity, Business Transformation, ERP/ CRM & Technology Transformation teams.

Terry initially joined the Investigo recruitment business in 2014 to launch our SAP transformation practice. He has been specialising in delivering major business transformation programmes for clients, both directly and through his teams since 2007.

After successfully designing the strategy and launching TIG’s Group Solutions function over an 18-month period in 2023/24, Terry was appointed at the start of 2025 by the Group CEO to take strategic ownership of the ambitious growth of TIG’s Business Transformation and Enterprise Systems teams, across all Private Equity backed and corporate clients for the group.

Terry and his teams’ focus is partnering with clients to develop long-term partnerships, allowing the The IN Group’s specialist brands to deliver the best possible service across a suite of end to end talent solutions, including recruitment, exec search, consultancy, advisory and ‘hire, train, deploy’ solutions.

Historically, Terry has built and ran a number of high performing specialist technology and transformation recruitment and consulting teams for The IN Group, including, ERP Transformation, CRM, HRIS, Cyber Security and Infrastructure Transformation.

Terry is widely regarded as an industry expert and has a strong track record of building high growth teams, and delivering and an exceptional level of service at C-Suite level for business critical projects and programmes.
