With 20 years of experience delivering projects and solutions across the public sector, including policing, law enforcement agencies, and central and local governments in the UK and internationally, he has a proven track record of success.

Darren excels in leading continuous improvement projects and end-to-end business process outsourcing (BPO) projects, driving effectiveness and efficiency to achieve managed service outcomes. He is known for building strong relationships based on trust, integrity, passion, dedication, and commitment.

His project leadership experience encompasses investigation support services, community safety, change management, review, and improvement. Darren oversees project working groups, budgets, risk management, strategy, quality management, innovation, delivery, compliance, workforce management, implementation, and all project components.
